Upon the payment of admission processing fee Rs. 300/-, the applicant shall be given the prospectus containing
the Admission Form. The applicant shall fill in the form in his own handwriting and shall return it to the
admission section by due date along with the following attested pre-requisites:

Four recent passport size photographs (one face side and three back side attested

Certificates/degrees of academics along with DMC

Character certificate from the institution last attended
-
Migration certificate for students who are not registered with the University (after admission
-
An undertaking on stamp paper duly signed and stamped by the 1st Class Magistrate (after admission).

INCOMPLETE FORMS SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED
After the submission of the prescribed form along with pre-requites, the applicant shall be given an
Entry Test Card as a token of eligibility for the test.
ADMISSION TEST

Every admisson test will be conducted by National Testing Service
-
Entry Test shall be held at the campus of the UST Bannu.
-
The duration of the test shall be one hour.
-
Applicant will be required to reach the test center on the date and time specified on the Entry Test Card.

Late comers will not be given permission.
-
Entry to the test center shall only be allowed on the production of the Admit Card.

Use of the calculators, clipboard, foot and other such materials are not allowed in the test.
SELECTION CRITERIA

Entry test (40%) + Academic qualifications (60%)

It is hereby made clear that selection shall be purely on merit and no seat is reserved for any group or individual with the exception of 5% of the total No. of seats exclusively reserved for female in any discipline of the university

The Vice chancellor is the final authority to accord approval to the list of selected candidates presented by the admission committee

The Vice Chancellor has the prerogative to accept or reject the list of selected candidates
MIGRATION

The University may allow admission through migration from other public universities and its affiliated colleges, within first month of the Academic year, provided:

The applicant can be adjusted in the existing program, applied for

He fulfils the prescribed eligibility criteria for the applied discipline
-
His academic performance in the courses he studied is satisfactory
-
He has not done or omitted to do anything in contrivance to the rules and regulations of the university/college
He fulfils all the admission codal formalities and pays the prescribed fees within the specified period
