The Department of Islamic Studies & Research, University of Science & Technology, Bannu, is going to organize two days, conference with collaboration of HEC, on 20 - 21st March, 2018, (ان شآاللہ ). The main theme of the conference is to broadly discuss the role of young generation in the development of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Eminent Muslim Scholars from across the country will share their experiences in this event. Conference will create new orientation in the subject cited above. The basic aim of this conference is under:

Islam has its specific character which distinguishes it from other ideologies, isms and religions. It is a theological-political religion, a means not only for each individual to seek his own salvation but for the creation of a society in keeping with divine lawthe Shariah. The commitment of the Islamic state to welfare is reflection of the mercy (Rahmah) of the tribute of Allah who sent (Prophet Peace be upon him) with all blessings. Thus, “welfare” and “good life” become synonymous. Atypically, welfare must be understood in its general and comprehensive meaning that includes all aspects to eradicate poverty and to create conditions for full employment and a high rate of growth, to promote stability in the real value of money, to maintain law and order, to ensure social and economic justice, to arrange social security and foster equitable distribution of income and wealth and to harmonize international relations and ensure national defense. There is a great need of tolerance and harmony in our society. Peace and character building is also a basic issue of new generation of our country. Proper guidance and direction can bring the youth in forefront of Islamic Welfare State. The young have passions, dreams and hopes. They have sparkling enthusiasm which has to be regulated and utilized in right way. This can surely ensure rapid national development. After all, all the people can only exercise their full potential when they are young and energetic. Youth is that period in which revolutionary thoughts spring to mind and these thoughts shape the world we live in. There are a lot of other revolutionary youth leaders around the world who have changed the world towards the development. Youth through organizing for a specific aim and positive direction can contribute more towards the Islamic Welfare State. For fulfillment of these objectives. This joint interaction through conference will impart true information regarding awareness in the mind of new generation and to convince and lead them to the right track suggested by Quran and the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W).The conference at our institute will not only provide an opportunity to young Islamic researchers get some interactions with renowned ethnologists, but also young generation will be able to think and explain Islamic teachings critically.
