Services and Facilities:
Digital Library:
University of Science & Technology Bannu has the access to the Digital Library of the HEC, enabling the students and staff to search e-books and research journals of various disciplines.
Satellite Internet Facility:
Satellite and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) internet facilities have been provided via wireless and Local Area Network to various offices as well as computer Labs of the university.
Pakistan Education and Research Network (PERN) Project:
It has ensured access to HEC Digital Library, Video Conferencing and fast Internet connectivity. It will further be extended to affiliated colleges of the University.
Career Counselling Centre.
A Career Counselling Centre has been established to facilitate the students and graduates of the University in finding relevant jobs and provide counselling for selection of the right job.
IT Resource Centre.
To materialize the concept of E-Office and maximise the efficiency of various sections of the University, an IT Resource Centre has been established. This centre facilitates the software development, its maintenance, inter-connectivity of the offices electronically and auto solutions of the relevant problems.
Physical Fitness Centre:
Good health is the secret of success in education and profession. The University has been focusing on both mental as well as physical health of the students and faculty members, therefore, Fitness Centre with all accessories has been established for the students and faculty members.
Establishment of IT Research & Development Centre:
UST Bannu submitted a PC-1 for establishment of IT research centre at UST Bannu costing Rs. 39.0 Million to the Federal Ministry of Information Technology. Which has been accepted by the DDWP & the centre will soon be started.
By establishing the centre, the software development and research activities in the field of IT will further be boost up and the research chances will be enhanced for development of this underdeveloped area.
Online Information Facilities:
Though this is a newly established university but all the relevant information regarding ongoing activities are available on the University’s Website like students results, online degree verification, admission/application forms, different advertisements, curricula etc.
Computer Labs & Teaching through Multimedia:
Inspite of constraints in resources UST Bannu has established Five state of the art computer Labs equipped with latest branded systems. The multimedia projectors are used as Audio Visual aids to impart education.
Transport Facility:
Students have been provided pick and drop facility from Bannu City to Township Campus.
