The Department of English envisions becoming a dynamic centre of academic excellence that fosters intellectual growth and personal development through a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach. Rooted in the study of Literature, Linguistics, and Stylistics, we aim to cultivate critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and creative expression.

We are committed to empowering students with exceptional writing and speaking skills, preparing them for success in CSS, PMS, and other competitive examinations. With a research-oriented approach, our curriculum integrates Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, World Politics, and ethical insights drawn from Qur'an and Sunnah studies, ensuring a well-rounded and value-driven academic experience.

Our mission is to shape the future of our students by providing them with the tools to engage meaningfully with global discourses, contribute to national development, and pursue excellence in academia, governance, and beyond. Secondly, we endeavour to provide quality higher education to the students of the area at their door step; in the area where majority of female students cannot pursue studies in other cities for various reasons.
